Group Moment
Work together to carve out a moment for the team to come together and undertake a simple meditation or mindfulness exercise.
Invite your teams to join in a short meditation or mindfulness moment as a group twice a week (once during a morning, once during an afternoon).
Ensure that the brief time together is protected for everyone, without phones, laptops, alarms, distractions, or judgment. Set up in a conference room with dimmed lights and drawn curtains, and create a calendar invite to block off time on everyone’s calendar.
Rotate responsibility within the group for setting up the room and bringing the short 5-15 minute guided meditation or mindfulness video, audio, prompt, or activity.
